Pricing

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
  • Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and provide a full refund.

Placing and Accepting Orders

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Quirky Giraffe (Emma Rothwell Limited). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, pricing errors, or suspicious activity.
  • You will receive email confirmation for all accepted orders.

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods on non personalised items. If cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. If the order has shipped, items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items. If the items is personalised the item can’t be returned unless at fault of Quirky Giraffe. 

  1. Discounts and Promotions
  • Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after your order is placed.
  • For wholesale customers, additional terms may apply.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We deliver across the UK.
  • Standard delivery times are 24 hours after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Items will be made and dispatched within 24 hours excluding weekends and bank holidyas. 
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • We accept returns on none personalised gifts only within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Personalised gifts returns aren’t accepted unless at fault of Quirky Giraffe.
  • Refunds will be processed within 72 hours.

  1. Limitation of Liability
